alcohol is being consumed by anyone underage on the premises the bar staff are within their rights to
remove them from the premises. If alcohol is being purchased for minors all involved will be removed
from the premises, alternatively the bar staff may shut down your party and remove all guests from the
premises.
DISCLAIMER
Chobham Club Ltd will not be held responsible for the loss, damage or theft of any equipment that is
brought into the club by any Performers or Hirer(s).
The Club will not be held responsible for personal belongings or items introduced into the Club by the
Hirer or their guests that are lost, stolen or damaged during the period of the hire.
Cars parked in the Club car park are parked there at the owners own risk. The Club will not accept any
responsibility for accidental damage sustained to any vehicle whilst on Club land, and it is your
responsibility to inform your guests of this risk.
The Club will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the misuse of Club equipment.
SUPPLEMENTARY FORM FOR ALL EVENTS
When booked for any event, the Hirer shall supply the names and addresses of two responsible adults
who will be in attendance at the Hall whilst people attending the event are on the premises. These
people will be responsible for the safety of the Hall and guests, and will assist the Club with ensuring
that guests leaving the premises at the end of the event do so in a quiet and orderly manner.
OTHER INFORMATION
A noise limiter is fitted to the hall and the playing of very loud music is not possible.
